Job Description EDGE Program, Technical Sales and Consulting Rockwell Automation's Technical Sales and Consulting Program is a world-class, multi-month training program consisting of a combination of sales, technical and professional training that take place in both classroom and on-the-job settings. Join a cohort of peers from all over the world and embark on a journey to become a trusted outcome-based seller. After completion of the training program, Associates are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America. Your Responsibilities: Associate Account Manager: You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You will build relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend with Rockwell Automation. You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: 3.0 cumulative GPA Previous intern experience with Rockwell Automation, our Partner Network, or our customer Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Engineering Sales, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or other similar, technical degrees (graduating in December 2025 or Spring 2026, or within the past 3 years from Spring 2026).
