The full Pay Range is $155,200.00 - $288,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. By ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure,you'lldirectly support business continuity and growth. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment WHAT YOU'LL DO: Lead Technology Strategy:Align technology roadmaps with business priorities to deliver impactful solutionsand oversee enterprise network and telephony infrastructure for availability, security,scalabilityand cost efficiency. Drive Platform Modernization:Advance cloud,networkand telephonycapabilitiesdesign and support LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPN, wireless, and voice systems (VoIP,CaaSSIP, call centers).Ensuredesigns supportreliability,performanceand scalability. Champion Innovation:Identifyemerging technologies and lead RFPs, business cases, and project charters for strategic initiatives;drive adoption of SDN, network automation, and hybrid cloud connectivity. Mentor and Inspire:Coach and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Advance Agile Practices:Implement and refine agile methodologies across engineering and delivery teams. Ensure Infrastructure Reliability:Minimize outages, reduce costs, and strengthen security; implement zero-trust networking, compliance (NIST, PCI, SOC2), and disaster recovery strategies.
