The full Pay Range is $155,200.00 - $288,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. You will leadour DevOps, Release Engineering, and Developer Experience teams in creating an ecosystem that makes it easier, faster, and safer for engineers to build and deploy software. Through your leadership, you will deliver intuitive, modern solutions that reduce friction, elevate engineering excellence, and unlock innovation across the credit union. You will drive the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines, automation strategies, and engineering workflows. In close partnership with Technology, Product, Security, Risk, and Compliance, you will ensure our platforms balance agility with the stewardship, safety, and trust our members expect. As a collaborative, serviceoriented, and inclusive leader, you will cultivate a culture rooted in partnership, continuous learning, and doingwhat'sright for our members. By championing developer experience and modern engineering practices, you will help set a new standard for how BECU builds, tests, releases, andoperatessoftware.
