Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our ambulatory clinic team in Seattle, Washington. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring positive patient experiences by providing exceptional service and seamless coordination. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer care.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries with attention to detail and empathy.
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently while managing daily patient schedules.
• Greet and room patients, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable from arrival to departure.
• Process payments and revenue transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communicate test results and other critical information to patients in a clear and detail-oriented manner.
• Coordinate with administrative and clinical staff to streamline operations and maintain patient safety.
• Leverage communication systems effectively to enhance workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Address patient concerns promptly, offering solutions and support to resolve issues.
• Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months of experience in customer service or a medical setting, or an associate degree.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with diverse individuals.
• Detail-oriented demeanor with a positive and achievement-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
• Comfortable presenting information and responding to questions from staff, patients, and physicians.
