As a Associate Program Manager on the Prime Video Live Events team, you will support the execution of live sports events from deal signing to their first live broadcast on Prime Video.
Contribute to live events expansion as Associate Program Manager for Prime Video Sports Operations, successfully onboarding major sports leagues across North America and Latin America to grow Prime Video's live sports portfolio.
Key job responsibilities
Support cross-functional work streams across product, technology, merchandising and operational teams to help bring new sports events live on Prime Video
Assist in coordinating with content acquisition and marketing teams on live sports coverage expansion
Help document and track initiatives working with cross-functional teams to launch sports events on Prime Video
Support the building of Digital Content Supply Chains and process improvements for publishing sports content
Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures and workflows
Track and report key metrics to illustrate progress against team goals
Coordinate with sports media partners and metadata aggregators on content delivery requirements
Support troubleshooting of content delivery issues and implement solutions
A day in the life
You will support programs to bring new sports leagues to Prime Video and assist in launching live events. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused, and team-oriented, with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
About the team
Manage programs and workflows associated with delivering live content to Amazon customers. This involves interacting with sports media and metadata partners, managing workflows through the publishing process, and defining operational procedures with the goal of delivering engaging sports content to Prime Video customers.
We continuously drive and improving execution of this core mission, you will work closely with cross-functional counterparts in product management, engineering, content acquisition, operations, and executive teams to ensure the teams and systems are supporting the broader growth of our business, launching new features, developing and growing business opportunities, and enhancing our customer experience.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
6+ months of project coordination experience
Experience planning, managing, and delivering customer-focused documentation across multiple teams
Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries
Experience with project management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
Experience building and growing relationships with internal and external partners
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of deliverables and technical specs for streaming assets
Knowledge of video production crews, live streaming technologies, studio workflows, edit and post- production techniques, production calendars and staffing
Experience in sports entertainment or broadcasting

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
