The Assistant Andare Restaurant Manager is an entry level management position and will be responsible in assisting with the day-to-day management of the Hyatt Regency Seattle's Andare restaurant. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is integral part of the hotel’s overall Food and Beverage team. Responsibilities may include:
· Supporting and managing Andare food & beveragewhile working closely with the F&B leaders, including the Director and Assistant Director of Operations and other hotel departments.
· Responsible for the short and long term planning of Andare
· Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team
· Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results
· Full understanding of Colleague engagement
· Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
· Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions
· Ability to take the initiative to run the outlet as a free standing entity
The salary range for this position is $80,169.00 to $86,600. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.

Qualifications:
· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Refined verbal and written communication skills
· Minimum of 2 years as F&B Leader preferred
· Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
