Apartment Maintenance Technician Locations: Everett, Seattle
We are seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to support our clients with unit turnovers, repairs, renovations, work orders, and property projects. In this role, you'll work closely with the Community Manager and Maintenance Manager to ensure apartments are well-maintained, safe, and ready for residents.
Position Details
Type: Temporary Assignment
Pay: $28--$30 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday--Friday, 8:00 AM--5:00 PM
Requirements: Valid driver's license & background check
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance, unit turns, and work orders.
Knowledge of plumbing, light electrical, appliance installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle a physical workload.
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Complete apartment unit turns and daily work orders on schedule.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
Perform routine preventive maintenance.
Maintain tools, materials, and supply inventory.
Coordinate with outside contractors or other FM Technicians when needed.
Perform grounds maintenance.
Carry out other duties as assigned.
