Alarm Management Operator – Full Time – Seattle, WA

Wage: $32.00/HR

The Alarm Management Operator is responsible for observing, reporting, and responding to activities and incidents at an assigned client site to ensure the safety and security of people and property. This role conducts routine patrols, monitors equipment, and enforces site policies and procedures.

What You Can Expect:

  • Monitor assigned areas and conduct patrols to identify irregularities or safety concerns.

  • Observe, document, and report incidents accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Inspect security, safety, and fire control equipment as required.

  • Enforce site rules and regulations for personnel, visitors, and premises.

  • Respond calmly and professionally to emergencies, incidents, and urgent situations.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Perform physical duties such as walking, standing, lifting, and reaching as needed.

  • Communicate clearly with clients, staff, the public, and emergency responsders.

  • Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

  • 1+ year of both security & customer service experience.

  • Strong computer / technology skills needed.

  • Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!

  • Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

  • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication.

  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.

  • Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.

  • Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.

  • All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
