Robert Half is partnering with our client, a global digital media and technology organization, in the search for a Project Manager to support the development and optimization of internal tools that enable large-scale content and product workflows in Airtable. This is a high-visibility opportunity to make an immediate impact by building scalable systems and processes that drive critical business operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in Airtable, and excels at delivering efficient, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Duration: 3-month contract
Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid-onsite)
Pay Rate: $70–74/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
Position Overview:
The Airtable Project Manager will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing Airtable-based solutions to support cross-functional teams. This individual will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable tool structures, managing data workflows, and partnering closely with engineering and product teams to drive execution. This role requires a strong blend of technical proficiency, systems thinking, and project management expertise. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates a deep attention to detail, and is comfortable owning projects from initial scoping through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Scope and assess existing tool structures, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and scalability
Design, build, and maintain Airtable solutions to support team operations and data management needs
Develop comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) and vision documents to guide product and tool development
Partner closely with engineering and development teams to translate requirements into functional solutions and ensure successful implementation
Manage end-to-end project execution, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Ensure data integrity, organization, and accessibility across Airtable systems and workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to align tools with broader business objectives
Continuously optimize processes and tools to improve efficiency, usability, and scalability
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in project or product management within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Hands-on experience building and managing Airtable solutions (required)
Strong data management skills, including structuring, organizing, and maintaining large datasets
Experience working closely with engineering and development teams to deliver technical solutions
Proven ability to write clear, structured business requirements and product documentation
Strong problem-solving skills with a “dive deep” mindset and attention to detail
Ability to simplify complex processes and build scalable, user-friendly systems
Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience partnering with marketing or content teams
Background working in large, fast-paced technology organizations
Exposure to AI-related tools, workflows, or product initiatives
