Job Description

[We are seeking an Agile Project Manager Contractor. The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience in IT program management support and a proven ability to drive agile delivery, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

Responsibilities:

• [Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Track and manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables to meet goals and timelines.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Communicate project status, metrics, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices across teams.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• [Expert-level IT program management support experience in agile environments.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Proven facilitation of Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and delivery workflows.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Strong risk, issue, and dependency management with clear escalation practices.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Clear stakeholder communication and reporting using standard project metrics.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Experience level: 10+ years in program or project management roles.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

Preferred Skills:
