This is an Onsite working arrangement at our Seattle, WA & Bellevue, WA offices. About the role: The Administrative Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operating requirements for all local office business lines in a defined market area of substantial size and complexity. The position will oversee administrative support, assist with purchasing decisions and office operations for the Seattle & Bellevue locations. In this role, you will: Lead and manage operations support employees (office services, broker administrative support, marketing, research, deal administration, etc.). Ensure excellence and efficiency in the delivery of these services and strive for continuous improvement in all service areas. Partner with Corporate and regional platforms including Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Operations and Accounting to ensure timely responses to projects and requests for information. Responsible for partnering with corporate human resources on implementing human resources activities for all personnel including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance management of the brokerage administration team. Ensures efficient office operations by overseeing office equipment, facilities management, and supply orders. Conducts vendor product reviews and formulates expense approval decisions within the framework of corporate policies. Act as change and culture agent, supporting the vision and direction for the operations team by implementing new policies and procedures directed at continuous improvement and service excellence. Direct the maintenance of listing and transaction files, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with various local real estate licensing governing bodies and corporate policies and procedures as required. Assist the Managing Director in the recruitment of new brokerage professionals by drafting all required documents such as term sheets, IC Agreements, draw agreements etc. Manage all local office awards and recognition programs as well as oversees any business promotion and/or publicity activities. Plan and manage weekly/monthly operations meetings. Manage quarterly staff meetings. Demonstrate active participation in community service projects What you bring: 3 to 5 yrs of experience within Administration is required. People Management experience is required. Commercial Real Estate experience is required. Bachelor's Degree is Required Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $72,653.00 to $107,000.00 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
