Adecco US, Inc. Welder – Metal Fabrication & Assembly -Sealy, TX in Sealy, Texas

Position Summary:

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Welder to join a dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will perform precision welding tasks, fabricate metal components, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards in a high-volume industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding equipment safely and efficiently

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

  • Perform metal fabrication, cutting, and assembly as required

  • Inspect welds for strength, quality, and adherence to specifications

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience

  • Certification preferred (AWS, CWB, or equivalent)

  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately

  • Familiarity with welding safety standards and PPE

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and maneuvering heavy materials

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

  • Overtime: Available, including potential Saturday shifts

  • Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
