Adecco US, Inc. Welder – Metal Fabrication & Assembly -Sealy, TX in Sealy, Texas
Position Summary:
Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Welder to join a dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will perform precision welding tasks, fabricate metal components, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards in a high-volume industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding equipment safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Perform metal fabrication, cutting, and assembly as required
Inspect welds for strength, quality, and adherence to specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of welding/fabrication experience
Certification preferred (AWS, CWB, or equivalent)
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Familiarity with welding safety standards and PPE
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and maneuvering heavy materials
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Available, including potential Saturday shifts
Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
