Job Title: Machine Operator Trainee Job Description
Embark on a rewarding journey in the production area of a Copper manufacturing facility. As a Machine Operator Trainee, you will work alongside experienced operators, gaining comprehensive knowledge and skills in all aspects of machine operation.
Responsibilities
Train under experienced operators to understand the production processes.
Learn to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work station.
Follow safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Essential Skills
Experience in manufacturing or labor-intensive warehouse settings.
Ability to stand for extended periods, ranging from 10 to 12 hours.
Safety-minded approach when working around machinery.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Background in safety protocols within a manufacturing facility is an advantage.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled, expansive manufacturing facility. Although construction activities may cause dust and clutter in certain areas, work stations are kept clean and organized. Shifts include 1st shift from 8am to 4pm, 2nd shift from 4pm to 12am with a $1.50/hr shift differential, and 3rd shift from 12am to 8am with a $3.00/hr shift differential.

This is a Contract position based out of Sealy, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
