What you´ll do
Process Development & Implementation: Develop and implement Distribution and Receiving procedures that support departmental goals for service, cost efficiency, and quality, while driving continuous improvement.
Operational Optimization: Collaborate with Receiving and Distribution teams to streamline product flow, reduce order fulfillment processing times, and resolve recurring service issues or customer requirement noncompliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Service, Planning, Salesforce, and other internal Henkel units to align operational practices with customer needs and ensure efficient, compliant product movement.
Training & Compliance Oversight: Maintain and update department training programs to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and ensure regulatory compliance; identify training needs and coordinate with HR and the Administrative
Manager to source appropriate programs.
Quality & Safety Management: Serve as the management representative for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and housekeeping requirements and taking corrective action when needed.
What makes you a good fit
Education: High School Diploma or GED required Associate degree preferred
Shift Hours 6:30 am-3:00 pm
Experience: 7–10 years of experience in Distribution
At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Skills: Proficiency in modern software (spreadsheets, databases, word processing, graphics)
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Ability to function effectively in a normal office environment
Certifications: Must be certified in shipping restricted materials per D.O.T. and IATA regulations
Training will be provided as required

The salary for this role is $ 80,000.00 - $82,000.00 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
