Diakon Maintenance Technician in Scranton, Pennsylvania

General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the maintenance function at assigned locations, including general carpentry, routine mechanical/electrical repairs and service, regulatory compliance duties, preventative maintenance, and completion of assigned work orders.
- Provide guidance and leadership for assigned Maintenance Workers.
- Responds to building and equipment emergency situations when needed.
Education/Training: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent skills.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' building and grounds maintenance experience preferred.
ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.; visual and auditory skills.
