Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals for the roles of 1st shift Production Assistant and 3rd shift Saw Operator. Join a team committed to creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor living and home exterior products.
Responsibilities
Load and unload parts or products onto pallets.
Prepare parts and products for cutting to appropriate measurements.
Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating.
Ensure quality standards and processes are maintained throughout the facility.
Meet production deadlines and goals.
Report issues or problems with production to the immediate supervisor.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in production and machine operation.
Experience with general labor tasks.
Ability to operate machines and use a tape measure.
Experience with CNC and troubleshooting.
Understanding of mechanical and blueprint reading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
Experience with machine operating is beneficial.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scranton, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
