Dental Prosthetics National Sales Manager Scranton, PA
The Dental Prosthetics National Sales Manager will have direct oversight of all internal laboratory operations and will lead the strategic development and management of the company's new national prosthetic service line.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and workflow of the in-house dental prosthetic laboratory. Develop and implement national sales and marketing strategies to promote dental prosthetic services to external practices. Manage relationships with dentists, dental laboratories, and distributors nationwide. Forecast and track sales metrics, budgets, and performance goals. Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely fulfillment of all prosthetic work. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities across dental service networks. Represent the company at dental trade shows, conferences, and professional associations.
Requirements are:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and Five years' experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Must have experience in strategic planning, financial oversight, vendor relations, and client development across multi-regional markets, as well as business operations, marketing, and sales management involving product distribution or service chains.
