BradyPLUS Customer Service Coordinator in Scranton, Pennsylvania

Service Coordinator/Customer Service The Service Coordinator/Dispatcher handles organizing and managing service activities to ensure efficient and prompt delivery of services to clients or customers. This role involves scheduling, communication, documentation, and coordination between clients, service teams, and other departments to support high service standards and customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule and dispatch service personnel based on customer needs and availability. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on service requests. Maintain correct records of service calls, work orders and customer interactions. Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal teams to ensure prompt delivery. Monitor service progress and follow up to ensure completion and customer satisfaction. Prepare and distribute service reports and documentation. Aid in managing inventory and ordering of service-related supplies. Oversee customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and prompt manner. Support billing and administrative tasks related to service operations. EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or GED Ability in Microsoft Office and service management software. Knowledge of scheduling and dispatching best practice. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ability to pass job-related employment screenings.
