Job Summary
- This role is for Candidates in the Phoenix metro area
- You must speak, read, and write BOTH English and Spanish - there will be an assessement
This is a structured virtual call center position. Although the role is remote, employees are expected to treat it as an on-site workday, remaining fully focused throughout their scheduled shift except for assigned breaks. This is not a flexible role that allows for managing personal or household tasks during work hours.
Were looking for friendly, customer-focused bilingual representatives to make outbound calls to schedule medical appointments. This is aremote call-center rolesupporting Medicare and Medicaid members.
Job duties consist of meeting and exceeding daily appointment setting goals.
What Youll Do
- Make outbound calls using an auto-dialer
- Explain and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
- Follow provided call scripts and answer member questions with care
- Meet daily call and appointment goals
- Update appointments and document interactions accurately
- Work respectfully with members, providers, and internal teams
