In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that critical healthcare information reaches patients and members accurately and on time.

The Details

  • Pay Rate: $18.55 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Environment: Corporate Mailroom / Production Center

Position Summary

As a Specialist in our 24/7/365 operation, you will manage high-volume digital printing and mail processing. This is a dynamic production role where you will operate large-scale printers and inserter machines to meet strict, time-sensitive deadlines.

Your daily impact includes:

  • Digital Production: Operating large production-class printers and folding/inserting machines.

  • Quality Control: Verifying print jobs against documentation to ensure 100% accuracy.

  • End-to-End Processing: Handling everything from printing and inserting to postage stamping and final communication.

  • Data Security: Maintaining strict confidentiality while handling sensitive healthcare information.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable with the physical demands of a production environment and have the technical savvy to navigate our systems.

Top Skills & Requirements:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet for the duration of your shift and move quickly throughout the facility.

  • Lifting Ability: Must be able to lift and carry boxes of paper and envelopes weighing up to 50 lbs .

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with the MS Office Suite and comfortable learning complex machinery.

  • Multitasking Pro: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus on the details.

  • Urgency: A strong drive to meet sensitive schedules in a high-pressure environment.

Pay Details: $18.55 per hour
