Aerotek Facilities Supervisor in Scottsdale, Arizona
Facilities Supervisor- Fully Negotiable Salary!
We’re hiring a Facilities Supervisor to lead a growing team across five properties, including office, warehouse, and manufacturing spaces. This role offers leadership responsibility, hands‑on facility work, and the chance to support major expansion projects in Mesa, AZ — including 200,000 sq ft of new space.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 5+ technicians
Manage scheduling, workload, and work order completion
Oversee building maintenance, repairs, construction support, and preventive maintenance
Partner with Health & Safety on compliance initiatives and emergency response
Direct janitorial teams and contractors
Support special events and new construction projects
Participate in on‑call rotation
What You Bring
5+ years in building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general facilities)
2+ years supervisory or lead experience
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Hardworking, hands‑on approach

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
