Direct Care Professionals (DCP)provide direct supervision and assist the day-to-day schedule for campus individuals. Direct support duties include: helping individuals with their mental health, managing behaviors and emotional needs, de-escalating crisis situations, treatment plan implementation, personal care (bathing, dressing), medication management, transport, and fostering social skills. Other duties include documenting progress for daily, weekly, and monthly logs, adhering to the activity schedule, and attending weekly clinical supervision meetings. Direct care staff also assist with the planning and implementation of enrichment activities such as art projects, music groups, culinary arts, various athletics (basketball, soccer, swimming), and adult-transition prep!
Pay Range: \$19 - \$20.90 / hr
Shift Differentials: \$1/hr. 3pm-11pm and \$2/hr. 11pm-7am, 7 days/wk.
Various Full Time Scheduling Options; ability to work afternoons/nights and weekends
