Description
Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Cyber Workforce Program Management Analyst to support the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) at Scott AFB, IL. The selected candidate will provide essential program management support to the USTRANSCOM Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the TCJ6 Directorate.This role is central to the implementation and sustainment of the DoD Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF), ensuring the command\'s cyber workforce is identified, tracked, and fully qualified in accordance with DoD and USTRANSCOM policies.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Identifying, analyzing, requesting, managing, updating, verifying, and compiling program packages and documentation as required for 8570 and 8140 program certification and/or qualification compliance.
- Managing the lifecycle of DCWF qualification packages for civilian and contractor personnel using SharePoint and other tracking tools.
- Providing assistance to the Government in all other administration, notifications, maintenance, and functions of the DoDM 8140 and the DCWF as required.
- Developing and maintaining a method for tracking and reporting program metrics as needed.
- Documenting services provided for USTRANSCOM programs in a monthly status report (MSR), including recommendations for improvement or incorporation of best practices. This report will be delivered to the government program manager and COR with sufficient detail to allow the Government to evaluate contract compliance, contribution to USTRANSCOM mission, and to effectively assess and mitigate risk.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting DCWF position coding data, validation, or revalidation of positional or personnel requirements for USTRANSCOM and Component Commands as required.
- Comparing, compiling, and reporting on the USTRANSCOM monthly Privileged User List against DCWF packages for compliance.
- Assisting USTRANSCOM programs and personnel in the identification and development of processes standards, requirements, and automation and/or improvements as required.
- Assisting USTRANSCOM programs and personnel in reviewing, analyzing, developing and updating briefings, guidance, required documentation and policy to include but not limited to: program overviews, USTRANSCOM Instruction (USTCI) 6600.01 Policy for Cyberspace Workforce Management, USTCI 6600.06 Policy for Systems Security Awareness Program, or others as identified by the J6-XS Command Cyber Program Manager.
- Attending required planning, status, and development meetings, as scheduled, for related programs in the scope of responsibilities and provide meeting minutes within three business days after the meeting.
- Creating, collecting, administering, collating, resolving, managing, and maintaining records.
- Verifying annual DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge completion to authorize the reactivation of disabled user accounts.
- Conducting daily verification of DCWF compliance requirements through ServiceNow tickets and utilizing SharePoint to manage trackers, package documentation, and program data.
- Facilitating the annual revalidation process for all civilian DCWF billets.
Anticipated salary range: \$65,000 - \$80,000
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
- Ability to work in confined areas.
