ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Scotia, New York
Our client, a leading organization in the paper manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the Customer Support Department supporting the customer account management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Scotia, NY
Pay Range: $23-$28/hour
Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm
What's the Job?
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a world-class customer experience.
Convert customer purchase orders into manufacturing production orders and ensure timely processing.
Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers regarding order status, changes, and confirmations.
Monitor and manage customer inventory levels, addressing discrepancies and quality concerns.
Prepare clear reports, documentation, and routine correspondence to support customer and internal team needs.
What's Needed?
0-2 years of customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
