Temporary Fulltime position from 3/6/2026 to 12/31/2026 48 Hours/week 18.48/ hour US worker H-2A Adverse Housing Compensation Adjustment -$1.80 -- Wage for H-2A workers provided housing is $16.68 Drives/operates farm machinery, plant, cultivate, spray, fertilize, harvest, store grain crops of corn, soybeans and wheat. Attach farm implements, e.g., plow, disc, drill to tractor, till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tows harvesting equipment, drives/operates self-propelled combine to harvest crops. Setup and modify combines that come directly from the factory floor changing concaves, rear, axels and adding in GPS guidance systems. Drive transport trucks, pilot vehicles or flagging cars to haul harvesting machines adjusting the speed of cutters, blowers, conveyers and weight of cutting hear using electric and hand tools to improve the quality harvest of grain and oil seed crops. Performs duties like field servicing, lubricating, repairing farm machinery and maintaining equipment and transports produce to elevator or storage area. Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs.
