JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and confident Appointment Setter to make outbound cold calls to businesses and schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents. Your primary goal is to introduce our insurance services, build interest with decision-makers, and book qualified meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable making high-volume calls, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
