As a National Air Logistics Implementation Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving project success for medium to high complex projects and contributing to the growth and efficiency of our organization. Your expertise will make a direct impact on our growth and operational excellence.
How you create impact
Lead and execute implementation projects for new business, re-implementations, and data integration, ensuring governance and compliance with Kuehne+Nagel standards
Define project scope, objectives, and detailed plans, including timelines, resources, risk and change management
Guide cross-functional teams, monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure alignment with project goals
Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Deliver accurate project documentation, reports, and updates to stakeholders
Mentor junior and mid-level project managers and contribute to improving project methodologies
What we would like you to bring
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally with operational experience in Air Logistics combined with significant exposure to leadership roles and high-complexity projects
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies; PMP, PMI, Prince2 or similar certification preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive and organized approach
Proficiency in project management tools and ERP/workflow systems
Strong proficiency in English
