In this role, you will be part of our Gateway team, responsible for the timely, correct and efficient handling of outbound air export flows. You will ensure that procured capacity is used effectively, export shipments are consolidated and processed according to standards, and that cargo departs on time.
How you create impact
Manage day‑to‑day export operations, ensuring all outbound cargo is handled accurately and on time
Optimize procured capacity and procure spot capacity when needed
Ensure operations meet carrier, security, and safety requirements
Coordinate closely with airlines, carriers, ground transport, and internal teams
Support process efficiency through automation and standardization
Collaborate with global stakeholders to improve network and cargo flow
Contribute to business development, implementations, and RFQs
What we would like you to bring
Vocational qualification or relevant freight forwarding experience
Good knowledge of Air Logistics transportation
Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills
Strong communication and intercultural skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent English, Dutch is an advantage
