Country United States of America State / County New York City Niskayuna Division EPD Company E-One Function Operations Workplace Type On-Site Position type Full Time Opportunity ID21238 Job Description Core Responsibilities: * Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction * Use sample parts, blueprints, and schematics to determine the method and order of operations. * Protect machines and machined product by following processes and procedures such as part loading, being in control of the machine, and safely transporting product over short distances. * Maintain product quality through monitoring and adjusting CNC offsets as needed. * Perform and record in process inspection actions such as measuring and validating part features regarding dimensional tolerances and specifications. * Perform first article and buyoff * Perform setup operations which includes setting up fixtures, cutting tools and CNC programs. * Perform inspection tasks of intermediate complexity interacting with drawings and more advanced inspection tools. * Meets production demands * Run production on multiple machines at once. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter.
