Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

  • Manage omnichannel support by resolving inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with precision and professional etiquette.

  • Execute issue resolution by diplomatically handling customer complaints and troubleshooting service hurdles to provide actionable solutions.

  • Facilitate order management tasks, including processing incoming orders, managing returns, and maintaining accurate account documentation.

  • Maintain deep product expertise to provide informed recommendations and ensure brand loyalty.

Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role with a proven track record of professional communication.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite ; ability to manage multiple digital platforms simultaneously.

  • High School Diploma or GED and the ability to remain composed and empathetic in a fast-paced environment.

  • Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Location: ON SITE in Schenectady, NY (This position is not remote)

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
