Install, and upgrade Cisco VoIP and networking products to support the organizations computer networks and systems. Configure and maintain local and wide area networks, including servers and operating systems, while monitoring hardware, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance and security. Implement network security protocols, such as SSL and VPNs, to protect data, reviewing system logs, and ensure that scheduled tasks like backups are completed. Analyze network resource usage, manage user access, install and update software, and troubleshoot various issues related to Exony VIM, dialing/routing, and CUCM users,. Collaborate with teams to resolve service-related problems.
Employer will accept a bachelors degree in Computer Science / engineering (any)/, C.I.S. Or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience.
