Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an intern to join our R&D clinical manufacturing Team located in Schaffhausen

Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:

This internship offers hands-on support to a highly innovative continuous manufacturing project within a technology and innovation team, embedded in the clinical manufacturing facility in Schaffhausen, and includes engaging laboratory-based activities alongside exposure to advanced manufacturing concepts in a GMP environment.

Your tasks will be:

  • Assist in the implementation of various projects, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to timelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze information, and provide actionable insights.

  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates and contributing to discussions on project progress.

  • Prepare reports and presentations, summarizing project status and outcomes.

  • Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.

  • Familiarity with laboratory work including plan and execute experiments

Qualifications - Education and Experience:

  • A completed bachelor's or ongoing bachelor/ master's degree in life sciences (biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, medicine) and engineering (mechanical, process or biotechnology)

  • Expertise and knowledge of the healthcare system and its clinical environment

Qualifications - Skills:

  • A high level of enthusiasm and a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Very good German and English skills, other languages ​​are a plus

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and/or other data management tools

  • Able to understand scientific data and to translate these into a practical narrative

  • Team spirit, creativity, proactivity and a strong organizational talent
