About the Program

Comprehensive classroom instruction

Upon successful completion of the course and passing the Maine CNA competency exam, graduates will qualify to pursue full-time or part-time employment opportunities.
Program Requirements
To be considered for the CNA Training Program, applicants must submit:

Two letters of recommendation
Prior to enrolling in the program, selected candidates must:
- Successfully pass the Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems (CASAS) exam

Participants must meet the following criteria to be accepted in the 'Earn While You Learn' CNA Training Program:

Submit two letters of recommendation
Complete interview with Clinical Instructor
Complete a Pre-Hire Employment Screening
Successfully pass CASAS Reading/Comprehension
