Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Scappoose, OR
Location: Scappoose, OR
Pay: $70/hour
Hours: 24/week
Start: ASAP
Contract: Remainder of school year; option to renew
Position Summary
Amergis is seeking an experienced BCBA to support a 5th grade student with significant behavioral and medical needs in an educational setting. This role involves direct support, consultation, and behavior plan development in a push-in inclusion environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and create BIPs
Provide coaching and consultation to instructional staff
Support student with behaviors including elopement, aggression, dysregulation, Pica
Assist with seizure monitoring and AAC device use
Maintain documentation and uphold professional standards
Student Profile
5th grade, non-verbal
Severe behaviors and medical needs
Primary assignment is 1:1 support within an inclusion setting
Requirements
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Teaching, or related field
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
CPR and health/TB requirements as applicable
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday
