Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and efficient Bartender to join our team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing drinks accurately and quickly, and helping create a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Serve food to guests and assist with running food to tables as needed
Accurately take and process customer orders using the POS system
Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed
Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and upbeat environment
Qualifications
Previous bartending or serving experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Must meet North Dakota age requirements for serving alcohol
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Dependable with strong work ethic and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of drinks and cocktails is a plus
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
