**What Youll Do
Install and troubleshoot broadband internet, TV, and voice services Set up and optimize inhome WiFi and wired networks Educate customers on products, equipment, and best practices Use digital tools to manage work orders and diagnostics Work both independently and as part of a supportive team Deliver a positive, professional customer experience every day
**What Were Looking For
Comfort with handson, physical work (lifting, climbing, working indoors and outdoors) Strong customer service and communication skills Willingness to learn new technology and complete required training Valid drivers license and ability to safely drive a company vehicle Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Pay and Benefits
$18.20/hour plus quarterly performance bonuses Paid training Benefits starting Day 1, including:

Work Environment This role includes work at heights, in crawl spaces or attics, outdoors in varying weather conditions, and lifting equipment up to 70 lbs. Safety training and equipment are provided.
