Overview
The Landscape Project Manager is responsible for overseeing landscape and grounds services across multiple customer sites. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing teams, ensuring quality service delivery, controlling costs, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is experienced in landscape operations, customer service, and workforce leadership in a multi-site environment .

Location: Gulfstream Facilities- Savannah, GA
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Manage daily landscape operations across multiple accounts, ensuring services meet contract requirements and quality standards
Lead, train, schedule, and supervise foremen, technicians, and field staff
Serve as the primary customer contact; address service concerns, implement corrective action plans, and identify additional service opportunities
Monitor labor, budgets, materials, inventory, and costs to maintain efficiency and profitability
Implement and enforce safety, quality control, and compliance programs
Oversee inspections, periodic work schedules, and equipment and supply management
Perform hands on work as needed, including irrigation system repair/monitoring, lawn care applications, and IPM program execution
Respond to emergency situations and weather-related events (e.g., hurricanes, flooding)
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Horticulture degree preferred, not required
3–5+ years of experience managing landscape operations, crews, or similar service teams
Experience supervising hourly and lead personnel in a customer-facing, multi-site environment
Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and enhancement work pricing
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and chemical handling procedures
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Work Environment
This is an onsite role that requires flexibility, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability as business needs dictate
Physically active role involving walking, standing, lifting, and assisting with fieldwork as needed
