Description We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee and execute educational initiatives in Savannah, GA. This Contract to permanent position requires someone with a strong background in project management and a passion for coordinating impactful activities within the education sector. The ideal candidate will excel at organizing events, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project plans to achieve educational goals and objectives.
• Coordinate and oversee event logistics, including transportation, venue selection, and scheduling.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure proper training for team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers to design and implement enriching educational programs.
• Handle data entry and reporting to maintain accurate and up-to-date project records.
• Plan and execute enrichment activities that align with organizational objectives.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns as needed.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance project effectiveness. Requirements • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Background in early childhood education or educational management is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in event planning and coordination, including logistics and transportation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and enrichment activities.
• Ability to analyze data and produce detailed reports.
