Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role involves hands-on mechanical and electrical work. The technician will work independently on both older, manual machines as well as newer automated systems.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical-based maintenance on machinery.
Conduct tasks involving pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.
Execute preventative maintenance to avoid equipment failures.
Engage in welding and machine maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot PLCs and install equipment as necessary.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics.
Experience in preventive maintenance.
Skilled in welding and mechanical tasks.
Ability to troubleshoot PLCs.
At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
General understanding of PLCs.
Experience with mechanical maintenance.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $63606.40 - $63606.40/yr.
Direct hire, great growth opportunity with a national company. Do not need to train on 1st shift. On-call maybe once or twice per year.
