Material Coordinator Responsibilities: - Work as a member of manufacturing team, focusing on continual improvement in the materials department and inventory systems - Coordinate material moves from the offsite warehouse to ensure material is always available for production - Cycle count resin and supplies as needed to ensure accurate inventories and maintain accurate data entry into the LMIS system - Access the fast shift material handling during absences and vacation times - Supervise, coach, champion, and drive equipment, material accuracy, and leading equipment - Troubleshoot minor problems with loading, mixing, and drying equipment - Help reduce inventory of rejects by working in the grinding room and staging regrind whenever possible for production jobs - Assist with breaks, running machine, taking part and being involved with annual inventory, helping with rework or secondary operations ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent - Enthusiasm, reliability, integrity, self-motivation - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Excellent organizational skills - Desire and willingness to train others - Ability to lift 50 pounds - Ability to perform work from ladders and elevated platforms - Willingness to accept any other shifts when needed ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: browndeer@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://jobs.qpsemployment.com/jobs/790528 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
