NOW HIRING: Millerbernd Manufacturing is hiring a Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor to join our 1st shift Circular Products (CP) team in Sauk Rapids, MN! The Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing internal warehouse operations and material flow in support of manufacturing operations. This role ensures materials are received, stored, staged, and delivered to internal customers accurately, safely, and on time. The position focuses on inventory integrity, internal distribution, labor leadership, and process discipline while partnering closely with Production, Planning and Supply Chain.

Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 per year (Exempt role)

Shift Schedule: 1st shift Monday – Friday

Shift Differential: 1st shift – N/A

As a Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead, Manage, and Hold Team Members Accountable (LMA)

  • Raw material & finished goods storage

  • Shipping & Receiving

  • Inventory Accuracy

  • Serve Production

  • Execute daily shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material movement activities across all locations

  • Ensure 100% accurate and timely ERP transactions for all inventory movements

  • Coordinate and expedite outbound shipments to meet on-time delivery commitments

  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies

  • Resolve material flow issues impacting production and internal customers in real time

  • Identify and implement corrective actions to eliminate waste and improve efficiency

  • Track, report, and act on key metrics (on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, labor productivity)

  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

  • Maintain warehouse organization and support efficient space utilization

  • Support ERP/MRP system integrity by addressing errors and driving data accuracy

  • Execute and sustain standard work processes across warehouse operations

    Role Qualifications as a Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor:

  • BA or BS degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or other Business-related program

  • 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience; leadership experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow in a manufacturing environment

  • Working knowledge of business goals and ability to contribute to achieving financial targets

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Experience with MRP and ERP systems

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution

  • Self-directed with the ability to perform work with minimal supervisory oversight

  • Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills

    Physical Demands:

    This position requires the individual to wear and work in company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires that the individual be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. And, if applicable, can maneuver large, cumbersome equipment with the use of an overhead crane and/or forklift. Must be able to work in, on, or around equipment and machinery. The employee may need to perform work with the use of ladders.
