What You’ll Do
Own full‑cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, operations, and early‑career roles
Act as a trusted recruitment advisor and account manager to site and business leadership
Translate business priorities into effective hiring strategies and execution
Partner with sourcing teams to build diverse and sustainable talent pipelines
Coach leaders on best practices across screening, interviewing, and selection
Facilitate timely, high‑quality candidate reviews and hiring decisions
Manage day‑to‑day recruitment operations, metrics, and data
Provide market insights and recommendations, including when to consider sign‑on incentives
Collaborate closely with HR partners and Centres of Excellence
Support continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes
What You’ll Bring ✅
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+2 years of client‑facing, end‑to‑end recruitment experience
Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, industrial, or operational roles
Comfort supporting high‑volume or site‑based hiring environments
Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with management and director level leaders
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred)
Ability to balance systems, data, and process with strong interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage the recruitment process from search through offer acceptance and hand‑off to onboarding
