Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a large‑scale Cost Optimization initiative for one of our enterprise clients. This program is part of a broader business transformation effort aimed at improving financial sustainability, optimizing administrative operations, and strengthening long‑term organizational performance.
The Project Manager will lead multiple inter‑dependent workstreams, drive structured project delivery, and partner closely with senior leaders, functional teams, and change management resources. This role is ideal for someone experienced in enterprise transformation, operational efficiency, and cost optimization programs.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of a multi‑workstream cost optimization initiative.
• Define project scope, structure, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans in alignment with program leadership.
• Maintain and enhance the integrated project schedule; support workstream leads with task identification, effort estimation, and capacity planning.
• Track project costs, monitor budget performance, and escalate variances or risks as needed.
• Facilitate cross‑functional coordination and ensure alignment across Service Value Mapping, Contractor Spend Optimization, People Optimization, and Chargeback Model Review workstreams.
• Develop and maintain core project artifacts (charter, schedule, RAID logs, RACI, work packages, execution plans).
• Identify risks, issues, and roadblocks; implement mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
• Support change management activities to drive adoption and ensure sustainable outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver regular status updates, dashboards, and executive‑level reporting.
• Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.

Skills and Requirements
• 8+ years of Project Management experience in complex, multi‑workstream environments.
• Proven experience delivering business transformation, operational improvement, or cost optimization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project governance, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities.
• Experience creating and maintaining detailed project documentation and artifacts.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). • Experience with Service Value Mapping or Value Stream Mapping.
• Background in financial analysis, cost modeling, or operational efficiency.
• Experience in large enterprise or multi‑department environments.
• Change management exposure (Prosci/ADKAR or similar).
