Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Work Experience 5-8 years of high visibility executive experience required.
- Driving Record {IF APPLICABLE}: Must have a valid driver's license, have and maintain a clean driving record, and must be and remain an insurable driver.
- Certifications: N/A
- Freedom from drugs and effects of the use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work * *This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- The Executive Assistant provides senior level administrative support to hospital executive leadership within a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) environment. This position operates in a highly confidential and regulated setting and requires the consistent exercise of discretion, independent judgment, and professional integrity. The EA will have access to sensitive and proprietary information including protected health information (PHI), personnel records, financial data, executive and board communications, and strategic materials. Strict compliance with confidentiality, privacy and regulatory requirement is an essential condition of employment
Essential Job Functions
*NOTE: The essential functions of this job may be revised or updated as facility requires: *
- Manage complex, dynamic schedules, prioritize meetings and optimize executives time.
- Screens calls, emails, drafts correspondence, and act as primary point of contact for internal and external parties.
- Arranges travel for meetings & conferences including itineraries and corresponding meetings on-site.
- Consistently work with Human Resources to ensure all Department Heads are updating policies and procedures as required.
- Coordinate all Yearly Accounting Deadlines and corresponding onsite Audits.
- Responsible for ensuring coordination of on-site surveys and inter-departmental communication on follow-up.
- Assist Human Resources with ensuring all employees annual trainings are complete as well as be able to assist with meeting crucial deadlines for all executives.
- Understands that all points of HIPAA and PHI must be maintained at all times.
- Has the ability to communicate with different parties in a professional manner.
- Ensuring that all records are kept and up to date for all clinical certifications as required.
