Project Manager / Owner’s Representative

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to lead construction projects from planning through completion while serving as the primary point of contact on site. This role is ideal for a hands‑on construction professional who enjoys being close to the work, building strong client relationships, and having real influence over project outcomes.

What You’ll Do
Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met and issues are resolved efficiently
Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project goals
Develop and manage project budgets, track financial performance, and identify cost‑saving opportunities
Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
Provide clear, regular project updates to stakeholders and internal leadership
Utilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain organization and transparency
What We’re Looking For
Core Skills & Experience
Construction and project management expertise
Design and construction administration experience
Owner’s Representative or client‑facing project leadership experience
Strong stakeholder and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
5–10 years of project management experience in construction
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with both new construction and renovation projects
Familiarity with Procore
Experience managing K‑12 projects is a strong plus
Work Environment
Majority of time spent on site, working directly from a jobsite trailer
Some office time at our location 10 minutes from the job site in Saratoga Springs, NY

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
