Insight Global Quality Manager in Sarasota, Florida
Job Description
A water testing company is looking for a Quality Manager to join their team as a direct hire resource. This role is responsible for performing first piece, in-process, and final process and product quality audits, including visual and dimensional analysis of incoming raw materials. The position identifies and processes material non-conformances, completes Quality Alerts and Non‑Conformance Records for both internal and external suppliers, and manages product quality complaints through resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading investigations using root cause analysis tools to ensure critical and major quality issues are fully addressed with documented corrective actions, collecting and analyzing quality data using tools such as Pareto charts, and conducting layered process audits of the Quality Management System. The role leads internal and external QMS audits, develops and maintains quality records, procedures, work instructions, and forms in accordance with ISO standards, and works closely with manufacturing to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements. Additional duties include maintaining document control files, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, properly dispositioning products per quality specifications, and placing materials into correct warehouse locations following inspection. This position leads the local Quality Team while actively contributing to the Global Quality Team, handles sensitive and confidential information, stays current through ongoing education and industry resources, maintains a safe work environment, performs other assigned duties, and consistently embraces Lovibond’s core values of Integrity, Transparency, Respect, Performance, Excellence, Accountability, and Communication. We are targeting a $110K salary.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance leader within a manufacturing environment or equivalent setting
3+ years of hands-on experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a manufacturing
organization
ISO standards experience, including compliance and audit support
Proven track record of continuous improvement, with demonstrated impact on quality, processes, or performance
