Job Description
The Product Management Assistant is a crucial role assisting our Product Managers in keeping our website updated with current product information including pricing, photos, options and specifications. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, be comfortable with technology, be detail oriented, and have strong time management skills. This is a full-time position that reports to the Ecommerce and Marketing Director.
Primary Responsibilities
- Update product page information including options, descriptions, pricing, photos, options and specifications to ensure information on our website is current and accurate.
- Respond to internal questions and requests to correct product page errors and discrepancies in a timely fashion, ensuring product accuracy for our customers.
- Produce content and images, supported by AI and other tools, that enhance product page information.
- Assist Product Managers with projects as assigned.
- Assist with product launches and retirements.
- Manage product documentation, as appropriate.
- Enter data from vendor materials to our website, complete internal reports and spreadsheets, update vendor profile information, and update competitor analysis reports.
- Communicate with Amish builders to obtain answers and clarification regarding products.
- Participate in cross-team collaboration with UX, marketing, sales and others to ensure proper product information and promotion.
- Manage special projects as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Comfortable with technology, including navigating the internet and websites.
- Comfortable with AI platforms or willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to and respect Amish culture within communications.
- Good math skills to accurately interpret complex price lists.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem solver.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and agile.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Physical Environment
This role is performed in a traditional office setting, where the employee sits at a desk for most of the day while working on a computer. Daily tasks involve looking at a monitor, typing, and telephone communication with internal teams and external vendors.
Compensation and Benefits
DutchCrafters' benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance that begins on the first of the month after your first day of employment. We also offer a 401(k) plan with a company match, 16 PTO days after 90 days of empl yment, and a generous employee discount.
Hours
The work hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm.
