Aerotek Operator- Aviation Assembler in Sarasota, Florida

Job Description

The Aviation Assembler Operator is responsible for carrying out a range of manufacturing and production tasks related to aerospace assembly. This position requires the ability to read and follow English work instructions, perform wiring on aerospace circuit breakers, complete small winding assemblies, and operate from a designated workstation. The role involves repetitive duties that must be executed with consistent accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow detailed English work instructions to ensure proper assembly procedures.

• Accurately wire aerospace circuit breakers with a high level of precision.

• Perform small winding assembly tasks as needed.

• Maintain workflow by operating consistently from an assigned workstation.

• Complete repetitive production tasks while upholding quality and efficiency standards.

Essential Skills

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting.

• Strong proficiency in assembly and wiring tasks.

• Ability to read and understand English work instructions.

• Competence in using hand tools and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an ITAR-regulated facility is preferred.

Work Environment

This role is performed within a manufacturing environment at an assigned workstation. The position requires consistent attention to detail, precision, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. The facility follows ITAR compliance guidelines to meet industry regulations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.23/hr.
