Sarasota, FL

$25 per hour – Salaried

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

Adecco is seeking a professional and detail‑oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative workflows while managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, financially detail‑minded, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations and administrative processes

  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable , including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations

  • Maintain accurate financial records and support month‑end closings

  • Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and resolve discrepancies

  • Generate and track customer invoices; follow up on outstanding balances

  • Maintain vendor and client records, including W‑9s and payment terms

  • Serve as a point of contact for billing and payment inquiries

  • Assist leadership with reporting and operational support

  • Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and general office needs

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Manager

  • Required: Hands‑on experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial controls

  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Professional communication skills and discretion with confidential data

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
