Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
Adecco is seeking a professional and detail‑oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative workflows while managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, financially detail‑minded, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day office operations and administrative processes
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable , including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and support month‑end closings
Process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and resolve discrepancies
Generate and track customer invoices; follow up on outstanding balances
Maintain vendor and client records, including W‑9s and payment terms
Serve as a point of contact for billing and payment inquiries
Assist leadership with reporting and operational support
Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and general office needs
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Manager
Required: Hands‑on experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial controls
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional communication skills and discretion with confidential data
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
