Job Title: Structural Welder
Job Description
We are looking for skilled Structural Welders to join our team with positions available on the night shift. The night shift runs from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Monday to Friday, with the potential for Saturday hours. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates, particularly graduates from the Tulsa Welding School, who are eager to work in a dynamic shop environment supporting the Energy industry and handling a variety of projects based on customer specifications.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG and Flux core welding tasks.
Work from customer drawings and specifications to complete welding projects.
Ensure all welding meets the required 2G MIG Root, Flux Fill & Cap standards.
Collaborate effectively within a primarily Spanish-speaking department.
Maintain a high standard of safety and quality in all welding tasks.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in MIG and Flux core welding.
Ability to pass 2G MIG Root, Flux Fill & Cap tests.
Welding School Graduate or equivalent experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual or Spanish-speaking abilities are preferred but not required.
Experience in blueprint reading is advantageous.

The work environment is a dynamic shop setting that supports the Energy industry while also handling a variety of projects. Employees can expect to work in shifts with potential overtime, adhering to a safety-focused and quality-driven ethos. The department primarily communicates in Spanish, although bilingual abilities are not mandatory.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sapulpa, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
